David Harris was a Realtor/Broker Associate with Compass Realtors in the Bay and South Peninsula to Pebble Beach areas.   David spent over 42 years in the Jewelry Industry prior to joining his wife in the Real Estate Industry.   As of 2018, David is Broker /Owner of Harris Realty of Florida.  Located in Tampa, Florida, David is now serving clients Coast to Coast.

  

David has lived in Northern California since 1976 with his wife, Vicki, and daughter., Steffanie.   They have purchased, renovated and sold multiple properties from Sonoma to Monterey County.   These included single family, ranch, and apartment properties.   David and Vicki have a home in Tampa close to their daughter Steffanie, who is also a licensed real estate professional specializing in commercial asset management.

David and his wife are avid horse people and lived in The Villages Golf and Country Club located in the Silver Creek area of San Jose.  Presently, they live in Tarpon Springs, Florida just outside of Tampa..  He was active in Jewelry Industry organizations and dedicates his charity through the Elks Lodge #3 in San Francisco.  He has been an active member for over 35 years attaining the position of District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler.

Vicki Harris has been licensed in Real Estate for Since 1990 and managed large Apartment complexes, multi complex management companies, and shopping center centers in California and Arizona.    She began selling full time in 2010 in San Jose, CA specializing in Senior properties and developed into Luxury homes in the Silicon Valley area.

During that time, she and David developed the Harris Team for Alain Pinel Realtors, becoming a Top Ten consistent sales leader Team.  This continued after Compass acquired Alin Pinel Realtors until 2020 when they moved to Florida.    Since moving to Florida the Harris Realty of Florida team has been working with referrals from associates from their time in California.
