David has lived in Northern California since 1976 with his wife, Vicki, and daughter., Steffanie.   They have purchased, renovated and sold multiple properties from Sonoma to Monterey County.   These included single family, ranch, and apartment properties.   David and Vicki have a home in Tampa close to their daughter Steffanie, who is also a licensed real estate professional specializing in commercial asset management.
